Claim compensation without invoice

We inform you that in order for the claim compensation you will have to present all the documentation that you will be asked to attach to the request for compensation.

Our Customer Support service will provide you with all the information needed to start the claim , and will give you access to the Claim Form.

As per the Terms and Conditions to claim compensation it is mandatory to present the invoice or receipt of the goods transported. If you don't possess the invoice, for example, you can send us in alternative the Paypal receipt / buyer's transfer,  and a Declaration of value.
