Claim compensation without invoice

Bear in mind that in order to claim compensation you will have to attach all of the documentation which is requested when filing the claim online.  

Our Customer Support service will provide you with all of the information required to start the claim, and will give you access to the Claim Form.

As per our Terms and Conditions it is mandatory to attach the invoice or receipt of the goods transported. If you don't have the invoice or receipt, you will need to provide either the PayPal receipt, the bank statement which reflects your eBay sale, and/or submit a Declaration of value through the form.
