How do I select a service?

Thanks to eBay Delivery, you’ll have access to a wide range of domestic and international shipping services.

When you create a new shipment, you can select the service that best suits your need, according to the rate, collection, drop off, delivery, transit time and extra protection.

To select a service for your shipment, please follow these steps: 

1. Access your eBay Delivery account and select the items you would like to ship.
2. Provide the required information, then click Get rates. For more information, check this article.
3. A new window will be automatically opened with the list of the available services.
4. Click on Details on each service to read more information about transit time, collection, delivery, size, weight, etc.
5. Once you have chosen your service, click Book now.
6. Provide the required information to finalise your order.
