When the tracking of your shipment is not available it could be due to the following reasons:
- The sender of the shipment did not apply the label to the parcel. Remember that you will always have to send the carrier label to the sender of the shipment to be able to monitor the transit.
- The shipment has not been collected yet. If the parcel has not entered the network of the carrier yet, normally tracking is not available.
- The shipment has not yet started because there is no documentation in the case of international shipments.
- The shipment is late or has not yet left the departure branch. In this case we will request more information from the courier if you send a request to our Customer Support.
