After 24 hours the tracking is still not available

You will be able to follow the status of your shipment normally starting from the day after collection.

When tracking is not available in the carrier webpage it may be that:

  • The courier has not yet updated the transit system
  • The shipment has not yet started from the branch that made the pick up
  • The shipment must be delivered to another partner of the courier who will deliver

If the tracking of your shipment has been unavailable for more than 48 hours, contact our customer support.
