What is the deadline for filing a complaint?

The payer of the shipment can file a complaint by adhering to the following deadlines: 


  • No later than 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.


  • No later than 28 calendar days from the date of dispatch (collection or drop off). If your parcel is not delivered nor do you receive any update regarding your shipment through the online tracking system within this period, you must contact our customer support deparment in order to initiate an investigation with the courier.
