What is the timeline for filing a complaint?

Only the payer of the shipment can open a complaint following these terms:


  • No later than 8 calendar days from the day following delivery for domestic shipments
  • No later than 7 calendar days from the day after delivery for international shipments


  • If within 20 calendar days of the estimated date of delivery you do not receive any updated news about your order via online tracking, you will need to contact Packlink customer service to open an investigation with the courier.
  • If the package cannot be located after 30 days from the opening of the investigation, you need to open a claim for loss.
