To handle your request, please choose the appropriate option according to the type of query:
- Labels: questions regarding the shipping documents or if you have not received the postage labels.
- Pickup: if the carrier has not come to collect your parcel, you wish to reschedule a collection for a new date, or you have had a problem at the Drop-off point.
- Delivery: if your shipment has not been delivered or you have a query regarding a delivered item.
- Cancel: if you have not used the postage label and want to cancel and refund.
- Tracking: obtain tracking information or if the tracking is unclear or out of date.
- Billing: questions related to invoices or charges.
- Claims: to report damage to goods or the loss of a parcel.
- Something else: this is only for generic information when you have not yet confirmed an order or about how to use the platform.
Steps to contact the Packlink eBay customer service team:
- Access the eBay Delivery platform contact form.
- Select from the list the option that best suits your query.
- Enter the Email linked to your eBay account and the Carrier tracking ID (you can find it on the purchased label or the confirmation page), then click Send.
The Carrier Tracking ID is printed on the postage label, and its format varies depending on the carrier. For example, EVRi looks like this: H00003111111111, UPS: 1Z0000000000000, Yodel: 87R0000000000000, InPost: JJD000000000000, DPD: 5300000000 and DHL Parcel: 417000000000.

- Via email, please complete the form and click Send. After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have successfully received your message. Our agents will provide you with a response within 24 hours.
- Via Chat, click Live Chat at the bottom of the form. This will automatically open a chat with one of our agents.
Steps to check the status of submitted requests:
- Access the Packlink eBay Help Center.
- At the top right corner of the screen, click Sign in.
- Automatically, the login page will open for you to enter your credentials.
- Important Please bear in mind that this is not your Packlink eBay Delivery email and password, this is a new account that you need to create to log in to our Help Center. If this is the first time that you are using this feature, you need to click Forgot my password and follow the instructions you will receive via email to create you Packlink eBay Help Center account.
- After entering your credentials, you will see your name in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the Arrow located to the right of your name.
- In the drop-down menu, select the option My activities.
- This will open the My requests section. There you will find all the requests you have sent to our customer service team.
- Click the request you are interested in to check its status and get updates.
You can filter the requests according to their status using the drop-down menu on the right. The available options are: Any, Open, Awaiting your reply and Solved.
