We are in regular contact with our carrier partners to ensure that disruptions are minimised as much as possible and provide transparency on any delays to services or any country-specific situation. Our carrier partners are all adhering to the local government guidelines to insure all our deliveries are safe and secure.
Service availability
All services shown on the Packlink platforms and Customer Service are operating as normal. However, given the COVID-19 prevention measures, some services might have restrictions and delays. Since the situation is constantly evolving, we will endeavour to display only the services that are available to minimise disruptions for sellers and buyers. Transit delays
Some services may experience delayed transit times, we endeavour to display the most accurate information on transit time, when you purchase a service with us.
Drop off
If you are using Drop-off services, availability may change, therefore, we strongly suggest to check the drop-off location map in the service details before visiting the shop.
Parcel collections
Carriers are putting in place a number of robust measures, designed to make health and safety a top priority whilst still enabling people to send and receive parcels. Safe collections are being carried out by all of our couriers. Drivers are offering contactless collection options to everyone’s doorsteps.
Impact on delivery process
Please be aware that due to changes in the delivery process, most drivers will no longer obtain signatures upon delivery of items. This change has been implemented in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Labels printing
Unless the service specifies that printing the label is not required, all services require a printer which means that you need to always print the PDF and attach it to the parcel.
