If the scheduled time of collection has passed and the courier has still not arrived, you can get in touch with our Customer Support, by sending your enquiry using our contact form. We will contact the carrier and come back to you with a solution.
When sending your enquiry, please provide the email you used to finalise your shipment and the associated reference number. If you forget your reference number, you can use this tool to retrieve it.
Furthermore, please add any additional information that might be useful for the collection.

Before requesting a new Pick up, make sure you didn’t select the drop-off option during the purchasing flow. In this case, the carrier will not collect your parcel from home, but you will have to take it to a drop off point.
