How do I complete a shipment?

Once you have imported your orders in your eBay Delivery account, finalising a shipment It’s really simple, you only need the following steps:

Order in Ready for payment

• If the information is correct:

1. Log in to your eBay Delivery account.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
3. Tick the box for the shipment you want to complete. 
   • If you want to select and complete multiple orders, see this article.
4. Click Pay. The Payment Details panel will automatically open on the right side of your screen.
5. If you want to add extra protection to your shipment, click Select protection.
6. If you have a promo code, enter it in the corresponding field and click Add.
7. Tick the box to accept the Transport Agency's Terms and Conditions.
8. Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal.
9. Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.
10. All done! You have completed your shipment.

• If you want to modify the information:

1. Log in to your eBay Delivery account.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
3. Tick the box for the shipment you want to modify. 
   • If you want to select and complete multiple orders, see this article.
4. In the Actions for your shipments panel you can change the carrier, edit the collection date, add extra protection, modify the content, dimensions or weight of the parcel, add extra parcels, or even delete the shipment. After each change, click Save to confirm it.
5. Once you have made all the necessary changes, click Pay.
6. If you have a promo code, enter it in the corresponding field and click Add.
7. Tick the box to accept the Transport Agency's Terms and Conditions.
8. Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal.
9. Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.
10. All done! You have completed your shipment.

Go to the top of the page

Order in Drafts

1. Log in to your eBay Delivery account.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Drafts. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
3. Find the order you want to complete and click Complete.
4. Provide the information required and click Continue.
5. Indicate the content and value of the goods. If you want to add extra protection, select the option 
   Add shipment protection.
6. Tick the box to accept the Transport Agency's Terms and Conditions.
7. Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal. If you have a promo code, enter it in the corresponding field and click Add.
8. Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.
9. All done! You have completed your shipment.
