The post-sales page is an online space offered by eBay Delivery where you can check all the information related to your shipment, track the package, download the shipping labels, get assistance in case of incidents during transit, and use features that will make the shipping process easy and straightforward.
To enter your post-sales page, follow these steps:
- Access your eBay Delivery account.
- In your private area, locate the shipment you want to check.
- Click on See details.
Please note that you can consult the post-sales page for shipments in any of the following statuses: Generating labels, Ready for shipping, In transit, Ready for delivery, Delivered, Incident, Returned to sender, Cancelled or Archived.
Shipment actions
This drop-down menu, located in the upper right corner of the page, allows you to perform different actions related to your shipment. Select the option you need depending on the management you want to carry out:
- Duplicate shipment. Creates a new shipment using the same data and information as the original shipment, to simplify the process and avoid entering the information manually.
- Send label by email. Allows you to quickly and easily share the shipping label by email with whoever you need.
- Create support ticket. Allows you to send a query or report a problem to the eBay Delivery customer service team so they can help you resolve any issue related to your shipment.
- Create return label. Generates a return label using the same shipment data.

Download customs invoice (for international shipments or outside the European Union). If this applies to you, remember that you already completed it during the service contracting process. Print the customs invoice, sign it, place it in an envelope and stick it on the outside of the parcel. Without this document, your shipment will be blocked at customs.
In our Help Center we explain how to stick the shipping label and how to attach customs documentation to the package. - Download label. Available only when the shipment status is Ready for shipping. If it is in any of the following statuses: Generating labels, In transit, Incident, Delivered, Returned to sender, Cancelled or Archived, you will not be able to download or print the label.

Shipment status
At the top, you can see the status of your shipment, which will allow you to follow its progress until delivery.

Carrier information
You will find the logo and name of the transport company handling the shipment, as well as the name of the purchased service.
Label instructions
In this section you can select the printing format of the shipping label. Choose the format you prefer according to your printer setup (A6 or A4), and then click Print label or Download label, as needed.
Likewise, if you purchased a shipment for which
No printer required and you enabled the QR option when purchasing it, you just need to select the
QR format and click on View QR code.
Shipment details
You will find information regarding whether your shipment includes home pickup or if it is a service where you must drop off the package at the facilities authorised by the transport company.

If it includes collection, the following message will be displayed: "Your parcel will be collected at", followed by the address, date and time slot when the courier will collect the parcel.

If it does not include collection, the following message will be displayed: "Drop-off point", along with the See map
tool, which allows you to check locations near the origin address where the parcel can be dropped off. In this case, the courier will not come to your home and you must drop off the parcel personally at the courier's office, ParcelShop or locker.
Shipment reference
In this section you will find an alphanumeric code of 19 digits including letters, numbers and beginning with: UN20. This code is used to identify your shipment, track the goods and manage possible incidents.
By clicking on the icon
, you can copy the Shipment reference number.
Track your shipment
You can track your shipment once the pickup or drop-off of the parcel has been made at the courier's office, ParcelShop or locker.
If your shipment tracking details any incident, click on contact customer service and then select the option Delivery.
If you have purchased extra protection for your shipment against loss or damage, in this section you can see the coverage amount.
Shipping address
In this section you will find all the recipient's details: first and last name, email, contact phone number and delivery address.
Item details
Allows you to check all the package details: content, value, number of parcels in the shipment, weight and measurements.
Payment summary
Shows a complete breakdown of your shipment payment. You can see: the service price, if a promo code was applied, the amount of extra protection if purchased, the amount excluding VAT, applicable taxes and the total price paid.
