How do I change my payment method?

Changing the payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal account or direct debit) registered to your eBay Delivery account is easy, just follow the steps below: 

Direct payment (bank card or PayPal account):

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. Create a new shipment.
3. In the Payment Details step, select the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you already have registered and would like to change.
4. Click delete just under the details.
5. Then select the new Payment Method that you would like to use: Pay by card or PayPal account.
6. Enter the new payment details.
7. Complete the payment and the new card/PayPal account will be set as default on your account.

All done! you won´t have to re-enter the payment details everytime that you create a new shipment.

Direct debit payment (fortnightly billing):

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. Click Settings at the top right of the screen.
3. In the menu on the left, click on Billing and Invoices.
4. Select the Payment info tab and locate the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you already have registered and would like to change.
5. Click Delete just under the details.
6. Then select the new Payment Method that you would like to use: Pay by credit card or PayPal account.
7. Enter the data of the new payment method.
8. Complete the card/PayPal account verification process.
9. The new payment method will automatically be set as the default for the direct debit payment applied to your account.
