Can I send multiple parcels in one shipment?

Yes, it’s possible, provided that you are sending multiple parcels to the same recipient/address.

Please follow these instructions to send several parcels in one single shipment:

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click New shipment.
3. Enter the postcodes for both the origin and the destination. Make sure you select the correct country for each one.
4. Then enter the weight in kilos and the dimensions in centimetres of the first parcel (already packed).
5. Click Add another parcel.
6. Enter the weight and dimensions of the remaining parcels.
7. Click the magnifying glass button and the system will show you the available services and prices.

Please note that you must provide both weight and dimension of each parcel, once the items have been packed. Declaring a different weight and/or dimension may cause additional charges.

Furthermore, make sure to download the labels for all your parcels. Each parcel will have its own label, you cannot use the same for all of them. For example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 or Package 1 of 3, Package 2 of 3, Package 3 of 3.

Important

The driver will only pick up all packages if the order is registered on his PDA (Personal Digital Assistant or handheld computer). For this reason, he will only take the scheduled parcels to collect on that day.

If you hand over the goods to the driver at an anticipated date the traceability could be lost (loss risk ) and/or the goods could be accidentally crossed (especially in international shipments re-labeled by the carriers).

Also, please note that even if you have handed over the package earlier, the transit time will be counted from the initially arranged collection date since the carrier will not have the order in the system to be able to start the transit. So even if the driver accepts, do not hand over the goods before the scheduled collection date.
