You can install Amazon integration for eBay Delivery in less than one minute. In this article we outline the steps for you to follow to activate this integration.
- Access your eBay Delivery account.
- Click Connect other shops, on the top right of your screen.
- Select Integrations for your online store, in the left navigation menu.
- Select Amazon integration card from the list. A new window will be displayed on the right of your screen; select the correct country where you sell your items, then click Connect shop. If you an Amazon Seller in different countries, this information will be automatically filled.
- Enter your Amazon credentials, then click Sign-in.
- Authorise eBay Delivery. Tick the box to accept, then click Confirm.
- You will be redirected to your eBay Delivery dashboard. Thanks to this new integration, your orders in Amazon Seller Central will be automatically imported. Your incomplete orders will be displayed in Drafts.
Important
- Please note that only those orders created within the last 24 hours will be imported into your eBay Delivery account.
To disconnect this integration between eBay Delivery and your Amazon account, follow these steps:
- Access your eBay Delivery account.
- Click Connect other shops, on the top right of your screen.
- In the Your connected stores section, find the Amazon card, click the three dots in the box and select Disconnect.
- To confirm the action, click Yes, disconnect.
