Carrier labels are shipping documents which help identify the goods. These documents must be printed and attached to the parcels, using adhesive or normal sheets of paper.
Label barcodes contain all information related to the shipment: sender information, recipient information, shipping ID for tracking, information on the weight and size of the shipment, etc.
While purchasing the service, it is very important that you read all the information about labels requirements carefully, according to the carrier you have selected:
- Printer required
- No printer required
If you select a service and it's mandatory to print the label, please remember to place it on the outside of the box. Remember that it is always mandatory to print the label and attach it securely to each parcel, since the goods cannot be transported without shipping documents.
Labels are provided in the confirmation email we have sent you after you purchase a shipment with us and can be downloaded in a PDF format. Click on Print the label to access your shipping label.

If the PDF of your shipping label does not download, a technical problem may have occurred, or the courier system may be taking longer to process the shipping request and has not instantly generated the document. For more information, please check this article.
When the carrier comes to pick up your package, or you bring it to a drop off point, further payment will not be required. If you are asked to pay, it means either that you have not correctly printed/applied the label on the package.
