Purchasing a postage label on eBay Delivery is very easy and it only takes few minutes. Here’s a short step by step guide on how to do it:
- Log in to your eBay account.
- In the top right-hand corner of the page, click My eBay. Then, select Selling in the drop-down menu.
- In the Overview section, find the item you would like to ship and click Print postage label.
- In the Order details box, verify both the origin and delivery addresses, ensuring that the information is correct.

Important You will not be able to modify the shipping address after payment. So, we strongly recommend check this information during the label purchase process. If you need to make changes, do so before proceeding to payment. Click Edit, make the necessary adjustments and then click Save.

- Pay special attention when selecting the parcel size and weight. Under-declaring the weight or measurements could result in additional charges.
- Choose the dispatch method:
- Drop-off: bring you parcel to the nearest drop-off point.
- Collection: schedule a home pickup for your parcel.
- Select the carrier and service that best fits your needs, considering the coverage compensation amount, from the available options:
- Standard Protection: the amount of the standard coverage depends on the type of service purchased.
- Extra Protection: it will cover the sale value of your item (up to a maximum of £ 5.000).
- In case there are Additional options, select the ones of your preference.
- Select the postage label format.
- Finally, click Purchase postage label to process the payment with your eBay Funds.
