Tracking your shipment is very easy. You can do this once the package has been scanned, collected or dropped off through your eBay account, from the transport carrier's website or by using the eBay Delivery platform powered by Packlink.

- Tracking from the eBay Delivery platform (only available for orders imported by Bulk Shipping)
Before tracking your shipment, please note the following:
- Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become available after the package is picked up or dropped off (depending on the purchased service). When the merchandise has reached the carrier's facilities, has been scanned into the system, and is marked as: In transit, that's when you'll be able to view the updates.
- Transit is estimated in working days, excluding weekends or holidays.
- In case of international shipment, please note that the tracking may need more time before getting updates.
Important
If 48 hours after the expected delivery date your shipment has no updates and the status remains unchanged, please contact the Packlink Customer Service by submitting a request through the support page and selecting the Tracking option. Our agents will raise the issue with the carrier to provide you with updated information about the delivery.
Tracking from the eBay account
- Access your eBay account.
- In the top right corner click My eBay.
- In the drop-down menu select Selling.
- In the left menu of the Overview section, click Sold.
- Find the shipment you would like to track in the list and click View tracking.
- A new window will be automatically opened with all details related to the tracking of your shipment.
- Check the status of your shipment.
Tracking from the transport carrier's website
- Access your eBay account.
- In the top right corner click My eBay.
- In the drop-down menu select Selling.
- In the left menu of the Overview section, click Sold.
- Find the shipment you would like to track in the list and click View order details.
- Then in the Postage section, locate the Tracking number and copy it (the format varies depending on the carrier. For example, EVRi looks like this: H00003111111111, UPS: 1Z0000000000000, Yodel: 87R0000000000000, InPost: QD000000000GB and DPD: 15505300000000 or 5300000000).
- Access the carrier's website which handles your shipment by clicking on the applicable hyperlink: DPD UK, EVRi, InPost, UPS and Yodel.
- In the search bar, paste the Tracking number and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
- Check the status of your shipment and review all updates.
Tracking from the the eBay Delivery platform
- Access your eBay Delivery account.
- Select the shipment you would like to track.
- Click Details, right below the Tracking blue button.
- You'll be automatically redirected to the details page. On the top of the page, you'll be able to check the carrier's name and the tracking number.
- Click on the icon to copy the tracking number.
- Click Track my shipment. A new page will be opened in your browser and you'll be redirected to the carrier's website.
- Paste the tracking number in the search toolbar, then press Enter in your keyboard.
- Check the latest updates about your shipment.
