With the EVRi print in ParcelShop or Locker service, you can quickly and easily print your shipping label without needing a printer at home. The process is fully self-service, allowing you to print the label using a QR code.
Thanks to its extended opening hours and locations open all week, this free service offers a convenient and hassle-free alternative to send your parcels. Follow the steps below to use the EVRi print service.
Important
Please note that EVRi QR codes are valid for 7 days from the date of label purchase. Make sure you use your code within this period to avoid any issues when dropping your parcel at the ParcelShop o Locker.
Print your label at a ParcelShop
- When confirming your order, please make sure you select the additional service print-in-store. We will send you the QR code you need to show at the ParcelShop via email.
- Find and choose the ParcelShop where you will drop off the parcel. Before you go, please confirm the opening hours and availability of parcel reception. To locate the closest EVRi ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device click here.
- Go to the ParcelShop to drop off the parcel.
- Scan or type your code and the Print In ParcelShop device prints your label.
- Attach the shipping label to the parcel.
- Hand over the parcel(s) to the ParcelShop staff so they can process them and send them to their destination.
- Get the proof of drop off. Ask the staff at the ParcelShop for a drop off receipt. It is essential that you request it, this document is the proof that they have received and taken care of your parcel.
Print your label at a Locker
- When confirming your order, please make sure you select the additional service print-in-store. We will send you the QR code you need to show at the Locker via email.
- Find and choose the Locker where you will drop off the parcel. Before you go, please confirm the opening hours and availability of parcel reception. To locate the closest EVRi Locker with a Print In Locker device click here.
- Go to the Locker to drop off the parcel.
- Scan the QR code at the Locker terminal to print your label.
- Attach the shipping label to the parcel.
- Scan the barcode or enter the 16-digit number manually to open the Locker door.
- Once the Locker is open, place the parcel inside and ensure that it is properly closed.
- Try to obtain a proof of drop off. Some Lockers offer a proof or receipt of deposit, which can be printed or digitally presented (SMS, email, etc.). If the Locker where you have left the parcel has this option available, it is essential that you request it. Remember that this document is the proof that EVRi has received and taken care of your parcel.
