How do I use a promo code?

If you manage your shipments using eBay Delivery and you have received a valid promo code, below you can find all the instructions you need, to use the voucher on your next shipment. 

If you don't have any orders ready for payment, please follow the steps here below: 

1. Log in to your eBay delivery account.
2. Click New shipment at the top right of your screen.
3. Complete all the information requested in Shipment details, then click Get rates.
4. Select the desired Service for this shipment, then click Book now.
5. Add the package details and your contact information. In the Available options for your shipments, check the button whether you want to add extra protection coverage or not. Then click Go to payment.
6. In Payment details, enter your Promo code in the correct field.
7. Click Add. The discount will be displayed in payment Summary section. 
8. Choose a payment method to finalise your order. 

If you have orders ready for payment, please follow the steps here below: 

1. Log in to your eBay delivery account.
2. Click Ready for payment or Drafts, in the navigation menu on your left.
3. Select the order you want to edit from the list and Click Pay.
4. In Payment details, on your right, enter your Promo code in the relevant field, then click Add.
5. The discount will be displayed in the payment Summary section. 
6. Choose a payment method to finalise your order.
