Can I send multiple parcels in one shipment?

Yes, it’s possible, provided that you are sending multiple parcels to the same recipient/address.

Please follow these instructions to send several parcels in one single shipment.

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. On the top right corner, click New shipment.
3. Enter the origin and destination.
4. Add the weight in kilograms and dimensions in centimeters.
5. Click on the  icon, Add parcel.
6. Provide weight and dimensions for all the additional parcels. 
7. Click Get rates to see the available services for your shipment. 

 Please note that you must provide both weight and dimension of each parcel, once the items have been packed. Declaring a different weight and/or dimension may cause additional charges.

Furthermore, make sure to download the labels for all your parcels. Each parcel will have its own label, you cannot use the same for all of them. For example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 or Package 1 of 3, Package 2 of 3, Package 3 of 3.
