How do I create a manual shipment in eBay Delivery?

In your eBay Delivery account, you can create a manual shipment every time you need. The process to create a manual shipment is very simple and fast. Here below we outline the instructions to follow: 

1. Log in to your eBay Delivery account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click New shipment.
3. Enter the postcodes for both the origin and the destination. Make sure you select the correct country for each one.
4. Then enter the weight in kilos and the dimensions in centimetres of the parcel/envelope (already packed). If there are more packages in your shipment, click Add another parcel.
5. Click the magnifying glass button and the system will show you the available services and prices.
6. Scroll down the page and select the service you would like to book, from the options displayed in the list. 
7. Click Details to read more information about a specific carrier. Once you have chosen the service, click Book now.
8. Provide the information required:
   • Sender's and recipient's first and last name.
   • Origin and destination address.
   • Sender's and recipient's emails.
   • Company (optional). This field should only be completed with the name of a company or business. If the shipment is addressed to an individual, leave it empty. Do not add additional information such as "VAT-TAX ID number", "house", "flat", "drop off at front desk" or "pick up in the morning", as this may cause incidents in the collection or delivery of the shipment.
   • Sender's and recipient's phone numbers with prefix.
9. Select the collection date and time or drop-off point (depending on the selected service).
10. Verify that the information you have entered is correct and click Continue.
    Important If you are sending goods to a country outside of the European Union, you are required to complete a customs form, then print and attach the documentation to the parcel. After completing the purchase process, you will receive a PDF copy of the customs invoice.
11. Indicate the content and value of the goods. If you want to add extra protection, select the option 
    Add shipment protection.
12. Tick the box to accept the Transport Agency's Terms and Conditions.
13. Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal. If you have a promo code, enter it in the corresponding field and click Add.
14. Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.
