Most of the services published on eBay Delivery platform both collection and home delivery. In this article we help you to identify the services provided by each carrier.
Drop-off point: the sender drops off the parcel at the carrier's office.
Collection: the shipment is collected at the recipient's address.- Pick up: the recipient must pick up the merchandise personally at the office/ParcelShop of the carrier.
- Delivery: the merchandise is delivered to the recipient's address.
If you don't want to wait for the pick up or the delivery services at home, you can choose one of the following options:
Yodel
- Yodel Store to Store: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest Yodel Store and the recipient receives them at the Yodel Store entered during the purchasing flow.
- Yodel Store to Door: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest Yodel Store and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.

An Post
- An Post Express Drop Off: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest Yodel Store and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.

- DHL Parcel: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest DHL Service Point and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.

- EVRi ParcelShop: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest EVRi office and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.
- EVRi UK International ParcelShop: the goods are picked up at the address indicated by the sender and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.

- DPD Drop off 1 working day: the sender delivers the goods to the nearest DPD and the recipient receives them at the home address entered during the purchasing flow.

- UPS Standard: the goods are picked up at the address indicated by the sender and the recipient receives them at the address entered during the purchasing flow.
- UPS Standard Access Point: The sender delivers the goods to an arranged UPS Access Point and the recipient picks them up at the UPS point selected when contracting the shipment.

Tips
Make sure the recipient is at home for the pick up, that goods are packed according to our guidelines and that the label is correctly attached to the parcel.
