The delivery of your shipment depends on the collection or drop-off date, the estimated transit time and the schedule displayed when you selected the service.
In addition to the above, please consider the following:
- The first day of transit is calculated from the next working day after collection or drop-off at an office, ParcelShop or locker.
- The shipment transit time does not include weekends or bank holidays. For example, if you place an order for collection on a Monday with a transit time of 3-4 working days (with no public holidays in between) the parcel will be delivered on Thursday or Friday.
- For all the shipments finalised on our platform, the delivery time is always estimated, except for those services displaying a specific time slot in the search results. For example, some services may display delivery by 12.00pm.
- As a general rule, most delivery services purchased on eBay delivery take place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (local time in the destination country).
Remember, it is important to track your shipment. This helps to ensure there are no incidents and allows you to estimate delivery times.
