Can I change the collection date?

Of course! Please follow these instructions to change the collection date, according to your shipment status. 

1. Ready for payment
2. Drafts
3. Ready for shipping

Ready for payment

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. Select Ready for payment, in the left navigation menu. 
3. The list of orders will be automatically displayed. 
4. Click the icon Ready to purchase.
5. On the upper part of the screen, select the tab Address data. 
6. Scroll down the page and use the calendar to update the Collection date.
7. If you want to save this shipment for later, click Save in the top right corner. If, instead, you want to finalise this order, click Go to payment.

Drafts

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. Select Drafts, in the left navigation menu. 
3. The list of orders will be automatically displayed.
4. Click Complete. 
5. Provide the required information to complete the order, then click Get rates.
6. Choose the carrier for the shipment, then click Book now.
7. In the tab Address data provide the required information, then scroll down the page to locate the Collection date.
8. Use the calendar to select a new collection date. 
9. If you want to save this shipment for later, click Save in the top right corner. If, instead, you want to finalise this order, click Go to payment.

Ready for shipping

1. Click here to access to our Pick up contact form. 
2. Enter the email address you have used for this shipment. 
3. Provide the reference number associated with this shipment. If you don't remember the reference number, you can use this tool to retrieve it.
4. Select the new date for the pick up in the calendar. Please note that pick up services are not available on weekends or bank holidays. 
   • Important collection services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 
5. Add comments or any additional information that could be useful for the collection service. 
6. Click Send.

Our Customer Support will get in touch with you as soon as possible, to confirm the new pick up date and provide you all the information you need. 

Tips

In case you want to edit the collection date for the next day, in less than 24 hours, to avoid any delays, we strongly recommend you to cancel the shipment and purchase a new one.
