- Maximum dimensions (cm): longest side + shortest side maximum 90 cm. Length in cm + (width in cm x 2) + (height in cm x 2) must be less than or equal to 250 cm.
- Extras: possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery.
DPD Ireland Next Day
- Requires a printer: mandatory label.
- Transit time: 1 and 5 estimated working days, depending on destination.
- Delivery times: throughout the day.
- Included delivery attempts: 2.
- Maximum weight (kg): 31.
- Maximum dimensions (cm): length in cm + (width in cm x 2) + (height in cm x 2) Length in cm + (width in cm x 2) + (height in cm x 2) must be less than or equal to 300 cm.

Label
Once you’ve finalised your order, you’ll receive an email with the order confirmation and you can download your label.
Mandatory label. please do NOT cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly.
- Apply a copy to the package with adhesive tape, so that it is clearly visible.
- When the parcel is dropped off at a Pick Up Shop, the customer will be given a receipt, please keep the copy as a proof for the consignment.
Delivery and collection times
- Pick-up shops hours is every day between 09:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m, 1 day transit begins when the parcel is collected from the drop-off shop.
- Drivers can collect from the stores any time between 09:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: if the customer drops the goods (for example at 11:30 a.m) and the driver has already collected from that store (for example at 11:00 a.m) then goods will be collected the day after.
- Deliveries are between 08.00 am. to 08.00 pm (it can be extended during Christmas).
- Delivery services are provided from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If the collection date chosen corresponds to a public holiday at the place of collection, the collection will take place on the next working day.
- In case you wish to reroute the parcel to a drop-off shop you can do provided that you have received notification via text or email and you request the shop delivery. In case of missed delivery, DPD Ireland will leave a card explaining the pick-up shop process.
- For domestic shipments, there will be 2 delivery attempts on consecutive business days before being sent to a drop-off shop.
- Unsuccessful deliveries will be held at a depot for 5 days before being disposed of by the carrier.

- Delivery dates are subject to change.
- Delivery times for estimated transit services are indicative and non-binding, estimated in working days from Monday to Friday, from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- The indicated transit does not include an extra 48-96 hours to/from the islands and remote areas.
- On certain occasions, due to logistical, operational and climatological reasons, as well as others unrelated to eBay Delivery, it is not possible to collect or deliver on the estimated day.
Conditions
- It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide eBay Delivery with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
- In case of absence, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible.
- The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
- The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.

Coverage
Standard protection
All services include the coverage stated in the Terms and Conditions of the service.
Extra protection
It’s possible to contract extra protection for a maximum value of £5,000,00.
In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and no compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
