In this article, we explain the meaning of the possible statuses your shipment can have and indicate if you need to take any action:
All
In this section, you will find all your shipments, regardless of their status. This includes both completed and incomplete shipments, as well as those imported from your eCommerce platform(s) or Marketplace.
Pending
This section groups all shipments that have not yet been completed. To download their labels, you need to review each one, complete the required information, and make the corresponding payment.
Ready for payment
The information for these shipments is already complete. Only payment remains to confirm the service and be able to download the label.
Drafts
Drafts contains shipments that are almost ready; only some data is missing. Once you have entered all the required information and made the payment, the service will be confirmed and the shipment will move to the status: Generating labels.

Ready for shipping
This section shows confirmed shipments that are ready to be handed over to the carrier, as well as those where an issue occurred during collection.
Ready for dropoff
This means that the package must be prepared to be deposited at a Drop off Point, such as a carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker. Make sure you verify that the goods are properly packaged and identified with their shipping label (according to the service purchased).
On the post-sales page of your shipment, you can check the locations where the package can be deposited.
Ready for collection
This means that the package must be prepared to be collected by the carrier. Make sure the sender is present at the address during the entire time slot and verify that the goods are properly packaged and identified with their shipping label (according to the service purchased).

Collection incident
This indicates that a problem occurred when the carrier attempted to collect the package. This can happen, for example, if the package was not ready, if the collection address is incorrect or incomplete, or if no one was at the address.
If your shipment is in this status, please contact the eBay Delivery Customer Service team by submitting a request through the the Pickup form of our Help Center, in order to offer you a solution.

Tracking
This section shows all shipments that have already been processed and have a status that allows the tracking of their transit.

In transit
This indicates that your shipment has left the origin point but has not yet arrived at the destination location. During this stage, your package is on its way and is being transported through the carrier's network. Therefore, it is important to continue tracking to stay updated on the shipment's progress.
If 48 hours after the expected delivery date your shipment has no updates and does not change status, please contact us using our Delivery contact form of our Help Center.
Ready for delivery
This means that your shipment has arrived at the destination location, is in the final distribution process, and will be delivered during the day.
At this stage, the package goes out on the delivery route to be delivered to the recipient's address or a Pick up Point (according to the service purchased).
If you have chosen a home delivery service, make sure someone is available to receive the courier.
Delivered
This indicates that your shipment has been delivered to the recipient's address or a Pick up Point (according to the service purchased).
Check that the package has been delivered correctly and is in good condition.
If any parcels were missing or you detect any issues such as damage and/or signs of tampering, consult the Delivery section of our Help Center to know how to proceed.
Incident
This means that the delivery of the goods has been delayed due to an incident. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Absence at destination address.
- Incomplete/incorrect destination address.
- Merchandise held in Customs - Missing Documentation.
- Insufficient/inadequate packaging.
- Damaged goods.
If the tracking of your shipment shows this status, please contact us using our Delivery contact form of our Help Center. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.

Returned to sender
This means that the package could not be delivered to the recipient and has been returned to the origin address. This can happen for various reasons, such as: incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent, refusal by the recipient, among others.
If the tracking of your shipment shows this status, please contact us using our Delivery contact form of our Help CenterOur agents will manage with the carrier to request details of what happened and inform you of the reason for the return.
Cancelled
In this section, you will see all shipments that have been cancelled and those for which cancellation has been requested but not yet processed. Therefore, the package will not be delivered.
A shipment can be cancelled as long as it has not been collected by the carrier or deposited by the sender at a Drop off Point.
In these cases, the label must be discarded, as the eBay Delivery team has invalidated it after receiving the cancellation request.

Archived
In this section, you will see all shipments that have been archived. Please note, confirmed shipments cannot be archived. Also, remember that an archived shipment can be recovered so that its status returns to Pending.
In your eBay Delivery account, you can configure the archive options:
- Access your eBay Delivery account.
- Click Settings, on the top right corner of the page.
- In the left navigation menu, click
Archiving. - Choose an option for both completed and pending shipments.
- Click Save.
