eBay Delivery offers you a variety of shipping services, most of which include the option of home collection and delivery.
Below, we explain the different types of service available and how to identify the characteristics of each one during the purchase process, so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
-
Drop off Point: the sender drops the parcel at the carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker.
-
Courier Collection: the shipment is collected from the recipient's address.
-
Home Delivery: the parcel is delivered to the recipient's address.
-
Pick up Point: the recipient must pick up the shipment personally at the carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker.
If you don't want to wait for collection or delivery, choose a service that specifies  Drop off Point (no home collection) or
Delivery to Pick up Point (delivery to a carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker).

Important
- If the service you have purchased includes home collection, the sender must be present at the collection address during the selected time frame and the goods must be correctly packed and identified with their shipping label or address sheet (depending on the selected service) for the time the courier arrives.
- If the service you have purchased does not include home collection, when you drop off the goods at the carrier's office, ParcelShop or locker, do not forget to:
- Attach the shipping label or address sheet to the package (depending on the selected service).
- Request a ticket or receipt of drop off, as this document is the proof that the transport company has received and taken care of your package.
- The collection and delivery to your address will be carried out as long as no administrative handling is required (pallet truck, tail lift, etc.). Otherwise, the carrier may apply additional charges for a porter service or special handling.
