If you have received a charge from eBay Delivery and you do not know which shipment it corresponds to or why it has been applied, you can check the platform for more information. Below we explain how to identify the charge(s) and how to claim the amount back if you believe it is an error:

- In the Type column, you can check the reason for the charge.
- You will automatically be redirected to the shipment associated with the charge. Click See details to access the shipment's post-sales page and view all its details.
Dispute a charge
- On the post-sales page of the shipment associated with the charge, click Shipment actions.
- In the drop-down menu, select Create support ticket.
- Next, select
Billing from the available ticket types. - Describe the Reason for your claim and provide the details of the charge.
- Finally, click Create.
Our support agents will then review your claim to provide you with more information regarding the reasons for the charge, as well as a resolution.
