If, after the parcel is dispatched, your package is found to be heavier or larger than the weight or dimensions permitted for the range you have paid for.

How can I dispute the underpayment charge?
If you have been charged an underpayment fee and have sufficient proof to dispute the charge, you can send us a photograph of the package to certify the weight and dimensions of your package (using a ruler to certify the dimensions and a scale for the weight), as well as any other proof in your possession.
