I want to cancel a shipment that I have already paid

⚠️HOW CAN I CANCEL A SHIPMENT?

If after the payment you realize that there are errors on the label, please do not have your parcel collected. Cancel the shipment with the error and purchase a new one, the cancelled shipment will be refunded. Any corrections made by pen regarding address, postal code, location, will not be taken into consideration by the carrier and Packlink will not be held responsible in any way nor manage the related problem.

You can request a cancellation by clicking on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this article and select the "Cancel shipment" form. You will need to provide the shipment reference number that begins with GB2019000000.

You can also cancel a shipment by accessing the Buy labels in bulk:

  • Click on the "Buy labels in bulk" button on the top right

  • From the homepage move to the shipment you want to cancel and click on see details > cancel shipment > select the cancellation reason > hit the cancel button.

  • Once you complete the cancellation the shipment you will see the following message:

CANCELLATION POLICY - TERMS and CONDITIONS
After confirmation of cancellation by our customer service, Packlink will not be held responsible in any way for any missing items and / or requests for compensation. Furthermore, no assistance can be given for the order in question after our cancellation confirmation.


DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARCEL COLLECTED AFTER THE CANCELLATION
For home pick up service, please allow up to 48 hours to let the request get to the responsible branch of the carrier. For this reason sometimes the messenger might still show up at the collection address. Should the messenger show up for collection, do not hand over the goods as we will no longer have any information on the transit of the shipment after the removal of the order in the system. Any additional costs related to inventory or returns for non-deliverable goods, as well as any other administrative expenses that may arise will be charged to you within 60 days.


 HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND
If the shipment has not been collected or you decide not to send the goods anymore, it is possible to request the refund within the 15 calendar days from the pick up date. If you hand over the good to the messenger; or if 15 calendar days have passed from the date of collection; or if 15 calendar days have passed since the creation of the order in case of services drop off; it is no longer possible to cancel and get a full refund of the shipment.
