Every shipment done with eBay Delivery powered by Packlink includes a standard coverage in case of damage, loss or missing content. The amount of the standard coverage depends on the type of service purchased.
Provided that the essential requirements for the processing of the claim is submitted, standard coverage is included in the following services free of charge:
- Up to £25 for all EVRi*, InPost and Yodel services.
- Up to £60 for UPS and DPD services.
* The coverage of the EVRi Postable service is limited solely to the loss of Goods, with compensation not to exceed £25.00. Claims relating to damage and/or missing content will not be considered with this service.
It's possible to purchase extra protection of up to £5,000.
