Intra-community operators. How do I get invoices without the VAT?

To start receiving invoices without the VAT you have to registered to eBay Delivery as a Business and not as a Private customer.

Please follow these steps to register your account as Business: 

1. Access your eBay Delivery account.
2. Click Settings, in the top right corner of your screen. 
3. In the left navigation menu, select Billing and Invoices, then select the tab Invoices address.
4. In Tax details, select Business.
5. Provide the required information in Invoice details: Company name, Tax ID number, Email, Phone number, Address, Country and Location/Postcode.
6. Click the blue button Save invoicing information.

Our system will detect if your Tax Identification Number (CIF) belongs to an intra-community company and the corresponding VAT will be applied automatically.
